PICASSO 1932 – LOVE, FAME, TRAGEDY @ Tate Modern

For the last 2 months i've been working intensely to create my second volume of my 'Thin Book of THICK' series. The book entitled 'Classic Chairs & Massive Rears' depicts plumply thick women sitting on some of my favourite mid-century chairs which I anthropomorphized into male characters. Flash forward today, the book is finally complete and I'm told by my girl that i'm going on a surprise trip for birthday. To be honest I didn't have a clue Picasso was showing at the Tate let alone mostly exhibiting pieces of women sitting in chairs.

A nice way to conclude this chapter indeed!
